  And give her a hand to build a strong successful saddle club.  The club is more than a place to
hang out on the weekend or a place of convenience.  It is our home with a long and proud             history.

  We would like to thank all past Presidents, Board Members, Secretaries, Gate Keepers, Grounds Keepers, Chefs and Volunteers for keeping this club alive and sucessful, even in the hard economic times.

 Hoof Prints:
    
     1).  Memberships - $20.00 Single Membership (One person 18 years of age or older).  $30.00 Family Membership (Includes a spouse and your children).
            
     2).  April 10th Clean Up Grounds day - April 11th Rain date for clean up.
     
     3).  Timer - A Remote Hand Timer was Donated by Marie Duffy - Lotta Spots Ranch.  For  all our timed  events.

     4).  "Project Arena" was voted in and Lee Slocum will be Tiling our arena.  This will hopefully fix all of our trouble spots in the arena.

     5).  Amy Hendrickson has mentioned her and her husband will allow the club to use the 9 acres that backs to our grounds to maybe  have a Trail Trials - If anyone is interested to help design obstacle course and even participate would be appreciated.

     6).  The club this has added Ranch Sorting to our events.  See info  on Team penning page.  Please come and join us in an event that is becoming very popular across the country.
 
     7).  In Advertising the club this year we will have our schedule of events listed on our Web Site, in Horse Bits, on Craigslist, and on facebook.  Flyers will be posted at various Tack and Feed Stores along with various Markets. Any other suggestions please contact Dorene Duffy @ 585-469-0909.  Thank You.

     8).  Banquet - January 15th 2011,  VFW 202 Geneva Street, Lyons.

     9).  Let Stacy Pickering know if you need to be added to the list to receive monthly meeting minutes.

   10).  One RULE CHANGE  for Team Penning:  4th cow over foul line will result in a NO TIME aka NO TRASH RULE!

   11).  Kitchen Help:  Gary Eaton and Board of Directors are working on this.  If you can obligate yourself to helping in the kitchen, please let us know.
