Welcome to Way-Ont's Pleasure Show Class Page.  We are proud to offer the following classes for your pleasure.  The following prices and classes are offered here at Way-Ont. $3.00 per class or $15.00 Ride all Day.   6 ribbons per class.  Seniors - Ages 18 and over / Junior - Ages 17 and under Walk/Trot - Any novice age 7 and older (** must stay in this division all day).   Leadline - Ages 6 and under.  (Age classified as of January 1, 2009) Hi-point and reserve trophies for each division, includes combined points for English and Western, excluding classes 1, 4, 25, 26 1.  Open Conformation                                         12. Jack Benny (39 & Over), English / Western - Free You do not have to be a member of the Way-Ont Saddle Club in order to qulaify for high -point or reserve trophy for any given show.  Points will be accumulated for each class as follows:  If there are 8 or less horses in a class, 1st place - 6 points,  2nd place - 5 points, 3rd place - 4 points , 4th place - 3 points, 5th place - 2 points,  6th place - 1 point.  If more than 8 horses in a class, 1st place - 9 points,  2nd place - 8 points, 3rd place - 7 points , 4th place - 6 points, 5th place - 5 points,  6th place - 4 points. Ties will be broken by the Judge.  Most commonly the Judge will compare placing in the equitation or horsemanship classes since those depend the most on the riders abilities rather than on good the horse is.  You must be a member of the Way-Ont Saddle Club in order to qualify for the End of Year Awards.  End of Year Awards, High Point and Reserve, will be given for each division.  These awards will be determined by a tally of points earned throughout the 2009 Pleasure Show season.   Please note that general rules for all Pleasure Shows have been posted and are available as a separate sheet.  The Way-Ont Saddle Club, Officers , Board members or horse show committee is / are NOT responsible for any accidents, injury or loss to any person or property caused by or occurring to exhibitors, spectators or members of the organization while on the grounds.  Please contact your Pleasure show committe members for any questions.  The Pleasure Show Committee Chairperson: Sharon Knorr - sknorr@way-ont.net Deb Lajoie - dlajoie@way-ont.net
